Because leather is a hide, regular cleaning not only enhances its appearance removing dirt and oils, but it also helps to maintain the moisture content in the leather. Supple leather is more comfortable, less likely to absorb spillages and also less prone to cracking.
Leather cleaner is applied to remove soiling from the surface of the leather. The leather cleaning process is completed by hand to ensure that the hide is brought back to its best possible appearance and condition.
Cleaning is followed up with an application of leather conditioner and protector which keeps the leather supple and resistant to cracks, wear and spillages.

Leather tips ...
Any spills should be dealt with immediately by blotting with a soft absorbent cloth, then cleaned, conditioned and protected as required. Avoid using products that may damage or dry out the leather furniture.
Leather upholstery can dry out and crack more easily through constant exposure to heat sources such as fireplaces or radiators if placed too close.
Constant exposure to sunlight will lead to fading in leather upholstery as with all materials but may also lead to additional drying out of the leather and in turn to cracking.
